Costanoa baby celebration!

Molly & Kris 37 weeks pregnant at our joint baby-shower-celebration!

Last weekend we celebrated a joint baby shower for Molly/ John and Billy and I at a wonderful camping/pick-nick spot called Costanoa. Our families and friends were all there to cheer us on as we approach the arrivals of the newest members of our families. The day was full of great food, bocci ball, and a competitive baby BINGO game to win the grand prize of spending the night in the fancy lodge instead of a tent cabin. The game involved each of the two pregnant couples preforming actions with and for the babies in attendance. We got to change diapers, feed babies, read to them, drink from a bottle, and many more things to get us practicing for our own. For a lot more pictures of the weekend click here

After the fun daytime activities, we had a wonderful dinner in the lodge restaurant and headed to the beach for sunset and dessert.

After baby BINGO it turned out there were two grand prizes and each of the couples got their own room to spend a night in the lodge. For the first time in a while, the air was cool and we all slept really well in our huge beds. The next day we all met up and enjoyed a an outdoor complementary pancake breakfast and went on a great hike.
